Without ANY passages in the scriptures teaching that we can engage in "soaking prayer" and without a single example of any of the Biblical patriarchs, Jesus or His disciples engaging in "soaking prayer" these people have invented a way to 'experience' the love of the God. Yet, God has NO WHERE promised that He could be 'experienced' in this way. But then again the folks at the Toronto Airport "Christian" Fellowship are also the ones that brought us the so-called 'laughing revival'.
So if you're exhausted after having the spirit bubble up from your belly then you can get some rest by engaging in 'soaking prayer'. But, neither practice can be found in the scriptures.
